Amazon Open XVI – Results
Women supporting women, on and off the strip, was the theme of the sixteenth annual Amazon Open. This tournament featured events in epee and sabre, and attracted 65 fencers from near, and from clubs in Savannah, Miami, Cleveland, and more. We even hosted members of the Colombian fencing team, who competed at the Amazon as part of a stateside training stint in Boston. We thank all our friends new and old, for joining us.
Thanks to Valerie Asher for building and growing one of the strongest women’s events on the East Coast. Thanks also to the bout committee and referee cadre, and to our friends and families for your support.
