DCFC named Fencing Club of the Year
DC Fencers Club is one of only 14 fencing clubs in the United States to earn a “Fencing Club of the Year” award from National Fencing Club Rankings. To qualify, a club had to rank #1 in Top 8 medal points for the set of National Domestic Point Competitions for an age-gender-weapon category. DCFC is the #1 ranked club for Top 8 medal points in Junior Women’s Epee, thanks to the consistent excellent results of epee fencer Amanda Sirico and her coach, Head Coach Janusz Smolenski.
