Double gold and a sweep at the Charm City Classic
It’s a sweep at the Charm City Classic! Congratulations to Margherita Guzzi Vincenti, Rebecca Chimahusky, and Marie Lawson on taking gold, silver, and bronze in Division 1A Senior Women’s Epee at the Charm City Classic ROC, which took place November 8-9 at the UMBC campus in Catonsville, MD.
James Cameron was the fencing champion in the Division 1A Senior Men’s Sabre event on Saturday.
Kudos also to Andrew Nosil, Yixuan Pei, and Dick Richards on winning bronze, fifth place and seventh place in the Division 1A Senior Men’s Epee event.
We salute Laura Johnson and Eliza Mace, who took sixth and eighth spots in Division 1A Senior Women’s Saber.
The Regional Open Circuit (ROC) is designed to promote and develop strong regional tournaments for the Open/Division I-A fencer who seeks competitive opportunities beyond the local and sectional level but below the NAC Division I level.
