May 4 deadline for USA Fencing All-Academic Team Program
The fencing community promotes academic as well as athletic excellence among its young fencers. The USA Fencing All-Academic Team Program is sponsored by Absolute Fencing, and offers $10,000 in scholarships. There are various levels open to students enrolled in an accredited high school program as well as homeschooled students. Athletes do not have to qualify to Junior Olympics or Summer Nationals to be eligible.
