Team Bronze for Sirico at Helsinki Junior World Cup
Amanda Sirico kicked off the Junior Circuit season with a team bronze at the Helsinki Junior Women’s Epee World Cup in Espoo, Finland on November 8.
Sirico took 10th in the individual Junior Women’s Epee event and then anchored the Junior Women’s Epee Team. In a semifinal bout against Team Russia, Team USA missed the finals by one point, losing 36-35. They made up for it in the fence-off for bronze, defeating Team Hungary with a definitive 45-36 win.

On November 14, Sirico competes in a Senior World Cup event, the Tournoi International in Nanjing, China as part of her journey to qualify for the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. Best wishes, Amanda!
